1900 Park Fare is where you dine with Cinderella, her Stepmother, and Step-Sisters, as well as Prince Charming at Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner.

1900 Park Fare Strawberry Soup Recipe
Ingredients for Disney Strawberry Soup
- 2 pounds of strawberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice with pulp
- 2 cups of plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Garnish for Disney Strawberry Soup
- lime, sliced
- strawberries, sliced
Tools to Make Disney Strawberry Soup
- blender or handheld immersion blender
How to Make 1900 Park Fare Strawberry Soup
Add strawberries, orange juice, yogurt, sugar, and whipping cream into a bowl or blender.
Blend ingredients using an immersion blender or in a blender until pureed.
Garnish with lime and strawberry slices.
Notes for Disney Strawberry Soup
For a thicker soup, you may add 1/2 cup more yogurt.
Substitute strawberry yogurt for the plain yogurt for added flavor. If you do, cut sugar to 1/4 cup if you do so.
For a healthier option, add honey instead!
