I would never consume essential oils from the store because of their lack of purity. Of course I would also never use them on my skin either because everything we put on our skin is absorbed into our body. You really have to research for yourself and decide what is best for you. I’m not going to try to sway you one way or the other because it’s really a personal decision. Do I use essential oils internally? Sometimes I do. But I’m not going to say that you have to. I’ve also had lots of success on myself and my family just putting oils on our feet and spine. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

While there are some proponents, and some EO companies even sell oils specifically for ingestion, the vast majority believe it is potentially more harmful than helpful. So do your own extensive research and make an informed decision. But please do not ingest oils without doing so.
