With almost 20 booths at the Festival, there is so much to enjoy this year – you and your tastebuds will want to keep coming back for more!

EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival runs from February 28 to May 27, 2024.

Don’t forget to download the My Disney Experience app before leaving the house, pick up a Festival Passport for the allergy QR code, and participate in Garden Graze!

Garden Graze is a returning food stroll featuring five delicious dishes from various Outdoor Kitchens. Don’t forget to get a stamp on your passport after you’ve purchased the items. Once you’ve gotten five stamps, head to Pineapple Promenade to receive your Festival-exclusive treat!

If you have any questions, make sure to ask the cashier!

Let the cashier know your gluten/wheat allergy and they will gladly make a quick call to double-check that everything for that day is good for you.

Oh, and don’t hesitate to ask about shared fryers – they’re on it!

Remember, Disney labeling of “Gluten Friendly” isn’t always gluten free. If you need clarification, ask! They will also be able to tell you if an item can be modified. Make sure you ask what the modification is before you pay. Sometimes the modification isn’t worth it.
