One of my favorite things about decorating our Christmas tree is pulling out the ornaments and the memories attached.
Some ornaments were given to us as gifts or collected during travel as a souvenir. Others though adorned my Christmas tree growing up. My favorites are the ones my brother and I made in school.
Did your school do that? Each class would make specific ornaments and then they would be sold during a craft fair. The hope was that you would get to buy the one you made. Although that didn't always happen. You had to get there early!
