When our oldest was a baby, I remember making her Christmas list and only including toys that were wood, had safe paint, and did not use batteries. While I will admit to being slightly OCD about that list, the truth is, those are the toys our youngest still plays with.
The plastic toys have broken.
Batteries have died.
The loud toys without volume control were misplaced long ago.
But the dress-up clothes, art easel, wooden doll house, those are still being played with by all four of our children.
So while the newest popular toy might be exciting for awhile, these are the toys that your children will come back to again and again. Affiliate links have been used.

This would really bless my family because I'm a single mom and it is getting more and more difficult to survive on just my income.

This would be a huge blessing. Times are tough and we are a month behind on our mortgage.
