10 Books to Read this Year
I love books.
I collect books.
I have a hard time finding time to sit down and actually read books.
It's not that I don't want to. I tend to feel guilty. I have so many things that I need to do and finish and start. Laundry is never ending. The people in house want to eat. When everyone is in bed and the house is still, I work. There is always stuff to be done.
But this is a new year.
I need to make time to read. Even if that means saying no to other things. I have a hard time saying no. The people pleaser comes out in me. I just want to keep everyone happy with little to no conflict.
My reading list continues to grow. But I have to start somewhere.
The first book I will read will be with you, if you want to join us. Gabby from MamaGab.net and I are co-hosting a book club on Facebook. Yay! I'm super excited about reading a book with you. I do hope that you will join us. The more the merrier!!
While I would love to say I'll read 24 books or more this year, I don't know if that is realistic. That's why I'm starting with 10. My goal is to read these 10 books this year. 10 books in 12 months. That sounds reasonable.
Right?
