Whether you are social distancing or someone moved across the country, virtual playdates are a great way to stay connected with friends and even family when you can’t see each other in person.

Write a Story Together

Take turns writing a sentence or paragraph of a story together. Keep going until it’s finished!

Play A Game Together

Find a board game you both have and play together or play an online game together.

Have a Tea Party

Get dressed up, send out recipes of special treats to have together, and drink tea with friends. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Have a Show and Tell with Favorite Toy

Pick two or three favorites and have them share why it’s a special toy.

Have a Scavenger Hunt

Scavenger hunts are perfect for kids of any age. It can be as simple as finding items of a certain color or finding pictures in magazines.

Give them a theme and a time limit. At the end of the time, they can show each other what they built and how it works.
